- While all the pictures are from our nursery and the plants sent will be very identical to the ones displayed on the website, ultimately each plant is different living breathing life and bound to be different from one another. If dissatisfied with the plant shipped to you- Write to us at wecare@ksanj.in and we, at our discretion, might ask the plant to be shipped back to us and offer you the same plant species/ sub-species (subject to its availability) or a similar plant of similar INR value.

PS: All said and done, we are as passionate about plants as each one of you. For the longest time we have been on the other side of the table- buying that one plant we always wanted to add in our collection.
