Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We dispatch within two days of receiving the order. Courier usually takes two to three days to deliver. So you will receive the package within a week of placing the order, barring exceptional circumstances like bad weather and rain/ thunderstorms. We dispatch as per our discretion in such cases to ensure safe delivery to you.

How do I create an account?

At the time of checkout you’ll be able to create your account.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please mail us at wecare@ksanj.in ASAP. We will not be able to help if the package has already been dispatched.

How do I track the status of my order?

We will be mailing you the tracking id along with the tracking link of the courier service.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, we will not store your credit card details.

Do you ship to my Pincode?

We ship via BlueDart by default. If you want a specific shipping partner- Please write so in the remarks section while placing the order.

Will my items come in one package?

Items added in a single order will come in the same package. If the items cannot be shipped together due to their size, spine structure, thorns etc. we will be sending via different packages.

What is your returns policy?

Owing to the nature of our products- Living, breathing, non fungible and visibly responsive to changes in humidity/ lighting/ temperature makes it very tricky to strictly follow any particular set of policies. Unlike factory made, fungible and inanimate products.
We will be trying our level best to make sure each one of our customers has a fulfilling experience. So for any issue you might want to bring to our notice, please write to us at wecare@ksanj.in . Rest assured, you will not be disappointed with our redressal.
