We dispatch within two days of receiving the order. Courier usually takes two to three days to deliver. So you will receive the package within a week of placing the order, barring exceptional circumstances like bad weather and rain/ thunderstorms. We dispatch as per our discretion in such cases to ensure safe delivery to you.
Owing to the nature of our products- Living, breathing, non fungible and visibly responsive to changes in humidity/ lighting/ temperature makes it very tricky to strictly follow any particular set of policies. Unlike factory made, fungible and inanimate products.

We ship via BlueDart by default. If you want a specific shipping partner- Please write so in the remarks section while placing the order.
Items added in a single order will come in the same package. If the items cannot be shipped together due to their size, spine structure, thorns etc. we will be sending via different packages.
